Extended Team

Full Product Coverage — With One Accountable Lead

We are a tight circle of senior practitioners in web engineering, design, content, and mobile (Flutter & React Native). You can engage like a single senior partner and scale the bench only when the roadmap demands it — no agency theatre, no mystery roster.

How Engagements Actually Run

Professional delivery with the trust that comes from people who have worked together for years — not a random marketplace match.

Single Point of Contact

You start with a single point of contact — clear ownership for scope, timeline, and expectations. No rotating cast of strangers in your inbox.

Specialists When the Scope Earns It

When the work needs design depth, mobile specialists, or content firepower, we pull in people we have shipped with before — same bar, same habits.

Commercial Clarity

NDAs, statements of work, and invoicing stay structured. Whether you engage as a solo lead or a scoped pod, the paperwork matches how you buy.

Prefer to keep it strictly one-on-one? That is the default. The extended model is there when you want velocity across disciplines without hiring three vendors.

How the Extended Team Works

Common Questions

Is the extended team an agency?
No — think of it as a small, vetted network around one lead. There is no rotating account team or pitch deck theatre. When your roadmap needs more than one discipline, we staff it with people who have shipped together before, under the same quality bar.
Who actually owns delivery?
Your engagement still runs through one accountable lead for scope, communication, and sign-off. Specialists plug in for their lane (design, mobile, content) so you are not juggling three vendors — but ownership stays clear.
Can I hire only one person and skip the pod?
Yes — that is the default. The extended model exists for when you want velocity across disciplines without building a full in-house team. We scale the bench only when the work justifies it.
How do you vet people on the extended team?
Everyone in the circle is someone the lead has worked with in real delivery, not a cold marketplace match. Expect senior-level craft, direct communication, and the same intolerance for vague handoffs.
How do design, engineering, and content stay aligned?
Shared rituals where it helps — written specs, async updates, and scheduled reviews — so design handoffs, copy, and implementation do not drift. We bias toward fewer meetings, clearer artifacts, especially across time zones.
What if I only need Flutter or React Native?
Mobile specialists can own a track on their own or pair with your existing web team. We scope whether you need greenfield apps, store releases, native modules, or ongoing maintenance — then staff accordingly.
How do contracts and NDAs work with multiple contributors?
You can still sign one commercial thread with the lead; NDAs and statements of work are structured so your legal team sees a predictable model. Details are agreed before anyone touches sensitive systems or data.
Who do I invoice — and how many invoices will I see?
Most clients prefer a single invoice path through the lead. If your procurement requires separate contracts per role, we can align that up front — the important part is no surprise billing structure mid-flight.
What happens if someone on the team becomes unavailable?
We plan for continuity: documentation, repo access, and overlap on critical paths. If life or priorities shift, the lead re-staffs or absorbs the work so your delivery date is not held hostage by one person disappearing.
How do we start — one call or separate intros?
Usually one intro call with the lead to understand goals, stack, and timeline. If we bring specialists in, they join when the scope is clear — not as a parade of sales intros. For hiring-specific terms (hours, FTE, references), see the Hiring FAQ on the home page.
